What are the hosting fees?

The eReference hosting fees for the first 5 years are included in the initial purchase price. Invoicing shall begin in year 6 after the date of purchase. At that time, the fees will be $25 per title per year up to a maximum of $700. For example, if the complete catalog is purchased, the hosting fees starting in year 6 will be $700 per year.
